Room was clean, i know its an older hotel. I really enjoy staying there, yes my room had a smoke oder but was easily overlooked. I stay there twice a year Thanksgiving and new year's and will keep comjng back. The price is right. Thank your

Found cockroachs in the room more then one location. We had to move rooms twice. On the last day we had to leave at night after Thanksgiving dinner. Bed want made. We notify them at 9am and when we got back to the room at 9pm. Nothing was done

The hotel was cute from the outside, but inside my room it smelled like a carton of cigarettes was smoked in 1974 and never went away, and then attempted to be covered up with a strong cleaner, but just layered one bad smell over another. The microwave was missing and the bathroom ceiling leaked during the rain creating a big puddle in the middle of the floor and I almost slipped in the middle of the night (Room 120). People were working on their cars in the parking lot which felt weird and the road noise was really loud. The front desk personnel were nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again, which is sad cuz I come through Yuma often and need a regular cozy spot to lay my head for the night. The search continues!

Erin, at the front desk was very courteous, and helpful. The room was clean. A little noisy from the guests next door, perhaps because it's an older hotel. The woman setting up the breakfast was also very helpful.
