We had ordered this room ahead of time of our vacation and got approved. However, driving 7 hours to this Quality
Inn and thinking we have a room available at around 10:30 pm we were not greeted by anyone. The attendant came around the corner of the office area and said if we had a room and we told her yes. She asked if it was from a third party and we said yes. We were then told there was no rooms available and they had overbooked her. We were then told that they tried to call and didn't have a phone number available. Well, no since we booked the reservation online with an email. NOT ONE person from anywhere sent an email once we got there and checked the email where the reservation was sent to. We then had to call around and find another place to stay at almost midnight that night after traveling all day. The service was unprofessional, and we will not be booking another stay with Quality Inn. I had to call from my personal phone and book another reservation while standing in your lobby. We ended up staying about 3 blocks away from your building and will most definitely be giving them a 5-star review. Do better or do not list your rooms on this website.

Worst motel room I’ve ever stayed in in my life! The place needs to be torn down. I have a longlist and pictures. Room stunk, was filthy, caulking coming out of the bathtub exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, stains on the floor by the toilet Toilet roll holder broke.Floor had pieces broken out of it. Desk and tv table were warped and looked like they were going to fall apart any time. Lamps were rusty. Stain on the chair. Room right next to us looked like it was broken into. Garbage in the hallways. Ice machine didn’t work and probably a few more things I forgot.

So, room was VERY worn out, smelled and in bathroom light fixture was just hanging by wires, bathroom shower was moldy and the molding wasn't at all in place, TV didn't work, and the list goes on. Have pictures. Went to front desk and the only option was to move to 4 th floor, but was told elevator was out of order.Couldnt do that due to knee replacement surgery. Cannot believe how disgusting this was. And ******* has it on their list. Horrible.....

枕头上很大虫子 一晚没睡好 房间环境很差
在重新对外开放之前需要翻新一下。
地理位置优越,服务一流,但房间太糟糕了。
相当老的酒店,房间非常潮,地板和座椅表面都是水珠!没住过这样的酒店,开了眼了!
帮忙解决
我短暂停留了一晚,接待人员很棒,但一进房间,就发现房间很脏,维护得很差,而且非常不卫生,导致晚上有人蹲着,很不礼貌。
绝对可怕的地方!
非常糟糕的地方,非常破败,而且散发着难以形容的气味。我们选择离开这个地方,并在附近的酒店预订了一晚住宿。它很便宜,但不要被它欺骗,还是去别的地方吧。
