Requested a room with a walk in shower and asked for 11:00 arrival. I arrived at 1130 and was told the room was not ready and to come back in 1 hour and it will be ready and it does have a walk in shower on 1st floor. I arrived back at 1:00 and it still was not ready so they told me 30 minutes. I received a text and was told it was ready and when I went in the room, there was a tub and not a shower. I was told there was no other rooms. I ended up accepting the room and asked for a 20% discount for both the trouble and wait. They refused. I stayed 4 other times with no problem so I will not be staying again there due to both the attitude, and lack of remedy for my trouble. After contacting *******, I was given the option of a full refund and credit for another stay on them. Since I confirmed details with the hotel 3 times and was lied to, that is the reason for this review. Other than that, I wouldn’t have cared.

员工很友善，早餐也不错，但他们总是拿走我们的第三条和第四条毛巾，却不更换。（房间里有我们四个人）。我们的毛巾挂在外面，而不是放在地板上。我们甚至要求他们不要进来整理床铺或打扫卫生，但他们还是来了（而且又拿走了多余的毛巾！）
我在网上办理了入住手续，但到达后，我不得不再次检查所有信息。为我们办理入住手续的女士给了我们错误的 wifi 密码。不过，房间很大，有 2 张大床，很干净。
很棒的住宿地点……价格合理，干净，床很舒服，早餐也不错。工作人员友好且乐于助人。位置不错，靠近购物场所和餐厅。绝对会向其他人推荐这家酒店。
宽敞、干净、非常舒适，非常好。电视遥控器坏了。我走到前台寻求帮助，夜班经理告诉我，遥控器都坏了。所以我们别无选择，只能听电话。
