The room was spotless, but the refrigerator had a large ice build-up in the freezer and needed to be defrosted. The freezer portion of the small fridge was unusable because of it. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and had a large selection of various food groups to choose from. The guest laundry was reasonably priced, but the front desk did not have quarters available on demand, so I had to wait until the morning to do laundry. Overall, this is my favorite value-priced motel to stay in while in Yuma.

The room was clean but is showing it's age. There were cracks in the bathroom fixtures even though they were completely functional. The bed was on a metal frame that rang when I moved a wrong way.
The staff were very nice and polite.
Overall, a decent place to stay when on a budget.

slim pickens at breakfast, we were staying for 2nights and all other guests were overnight stays. We arrived on-time and host would not give us a room on the backside away from busy main thouroughfare, so between traffic noise and AC did not sleep well during stay. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower were top notch.

Hotel room was clean, beds were o.k. not too soft, more on the firm side. Microwave was missing the handle, so it could not be used.
Good water pressure in the shower, there are restaurants around the area, movie theater, Sam's club e.t.c.
Gave them 3 stars because the problem with the microwave, and because the military airplanes that fly overhead are LOUD, FREAKING LOUD. So if you are thinking of getting some early sleep, forget it.
The breakfast is quite plain. Cereal, egg, meat patties, yogurt, muffins, coffee e.t.c
I will say management is very good. We had a problem with our reservation and the manager got us a different room, and was able to do it all in about 10 minutes, thank you
