The lady at the counter treated me very well. When I found my room I had parked and a man came up to my car with my children in it (at night time) and told me I cannot park in front of my room. Then he insisted for me to roll my windows down and kept aggressively telling me to move my car and then said he's management. He was so rude and mean to me with my children in the car. I was so scared I chose to leave and park elsewhere. I felt uncomfortable and scared to stay in my room, but we rushed to the room and the room was fine. The guy just seemed he hated me for the color of my skin, how he yelled at me aggressively.

Easy to find off the highway. The lady that checked me in was a delight. We had such a lovely chat. The room is your standard motel, nothing to write home about, but clean and comfy beds. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning.

Room smelled like mildew sheets had blood on them i had to get the manger to come see and she changed the sheets she told me that they didn't have the room i paid for i showed her

Just overall needs a complete remodel. The only positive was the lady that works overnight was very helpful.

我第一个房间的毛巾脏兮兮的，浴室门关不上，床上到处都是头发。这是一个吸烟房，可能从来没有换过。第二个房间稍微好一点，但我再也不会住了。客房服务人员只收走了用过的毛巾，却没有留下干净的……工作人员很友好
糟糕透了，跟照片一点都不像。因为女主人打电话，我等了15分钟才办理入住。我的房间有异味，天花板上的油漆都剥落了，空调漏了一整夜，地板都湿透了。门和墙的油漆也剥落了。我们连通房的门没锁。他们把桌子推到门上，我们不得不强行锁上，花了大约5分钟，但我们不想让任何人趁我们睡觉的时候进到你们的房间。制冰机坏了。
我们的房间里有蟑螂，所以我们要求换一间。房间里还有一股麝香味，地毯也潮湿。唯一剩下的房间是一间吸烟房。我不知道他们还有吸烟房，但那房间闻起来太难闻了。这让我们住得很不舒服，但换房间已经太晚了。
