Facility is aging and in need or maintenance and repairs to keep it modern. It was fine for a basic room. Price was somewhat high for what we had. Nice view of the ocean from balcony. Water slide was closed during our stay (one day it was because there was rain in the forecast and another day they count tell me why it was closed). Lots of **** smells all over the property, in elevators, on balconies, in park areas.

An OK Resort

Rooms are nice and newly renovated. The elevators were not working well and inside and outside needed to be cleaned more often. Pool side food was just OK but nice having that convenience. We always get a front ocean view, the best

Misled about water slide

I called the hotel directly to ensure that the water amenities would still be open while we’re there (the week after Labor Day). However, the water slide was never open during our stay and that was the reason we chose this hotel.

The beach access, outdoor showers and poolside bar were great, as was the view of the beach from our room.

Our room was just okay. Neither the sink nor the bathtub drained throughout our stay. They sent someone to repair the sink while we were gone one afternoon, and we returned to grease covering the floor as well as a plunger they had left. The sink still did not drain. Our beds were never made, the floor never swept, shampoos, soaps, coffee never replenished, etc.

Although the room we were in needed a few updates, the common areas, the path leading to the beach, the dining options were quite good. We enjoyed having pizza and wings (right across the street) was right on time because we arrived late.
