Asked twice for a handicap, 1st floor room. There was availability. Got a 2nd floor room as far from the entrance as possible. Elevator floor was peeling up, and it took forever to go 1 floor. The room was ok, but there was paint spattered all over the bathroom door and cabinets. Just neglected. The bed was good and the lobby is very nice.

Hard to figure out access from Loop 289/Marsha Sharp Freeway. Leaving property also took a couple of tries using different exit points.

The room was dirty. I had reached out ahead of time to ensure that the room was clean, but it wasn’t. These hotels need to seriously audit the properties they put their name on.

It was very aggravating trying to find tv channels. There was a guide on the screen but it didn’t identify what channel it was without trying each one.
A cheat sheet with the main networks would be nice. Most place’s I’ve stayed have them.

Room was beat up badly and the incidental charge up front was unexpected. Location was fine, parking was tight, facility was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was...bored with their job and with life.

Starr was great. The door key was hard to get to work. Sink drain was slow. Toilet was loose from the floor. The blow dryer did not work.

房间很大,但是太不隔音了。隔壁屋的声音完全能听得清楚。整体服务还是不错的,周围商店不少,交通还算方便。
