The guest next door was extremely loud and made noise throughout the night. The noise and laughter with walls hitting felt like everything was happening under my bed.. I notified the front desk multiple times to kindly redirect them, staff stated there was nothing she could do than call but they did not pick their calls. She also said, “there are times we have difficult guests like that, we can’t control them “ First of, that was wrong. Guests should be encouraged to respect other guests in the facility by keeping their voices down because nobody knows what other guest is going through that a little quietness may fix. I was up all night..feeling so horrible knowing that I was doing a 6hr driving early in the morning. It was the most horrifying experience that I’ve ever had and I don’t wish to experience again. I struggled all through my 6hr drive.. coffee could not fix the tiredness. I’m requesting a full refund! Mo’

Room was spotless, quiet, bed was super comfy. Only small negative was the air unit ran constant and couldn’t be turned off. But hotel was a fantastic surprise for the price

Great location. This was an average hotel with limited amenities in the room. The ceiling fan was different but was a nice addition. The breakfast was good and basic.

As you walk into the room the first thing I see is the smoke detector hanging in pieces from the ceiling. Next up go to sit on the toilet and the seat is missing one of the bumpers, so it slides sideways. OK I've dealt with worse.

Next around supper time, the smell of curry premates the whole hotel.

Shower time, black mold in the shower.

Final straw was as I'm getting ready to checkout, a lizard runs over my foot. Just a small lizard, buuut.

I've stayed in worse, but only in third world countries.

The place is very old but clean! The price is outstanding!

Our only problem was the TV couldn't get a signal,

But we didn't go there to watch much TV.

WE WILL STAY THERE NEXT TRIP TO LUBBOCK.
