Great check-in, concierge at front desk was helpful and kind! Parking is plentiful and close to entrances. Great location to walk to food and wine downtown!

Not worth it, run down and outdated
The whole building is old and run down, the rooms smell and the furniture is stained and dirty. There were no amenities not even soap to wash your hands in the room. I turned on the heat and it made me sick between the smell and the noise. The food options were terrible and also contributed to making me sick- not worth the $10 breakfast fee! Noone was at reception for checkout and I waited for over 15min. Definitely would not waste any time or money there again.

The service from the Airport was great and so convenient for the conference. The shuttle driver was very prompt and friendly when she picked me up (and dropped me back off at the airport) and had no problems accommodating my large trade show baggage. Front desk staff was very friendly as well - I lost an earring and they didn't hesitate to help me look for it in the lobby and let other staff know (found it!). Met Maria, the manager - kudos to her for not only being friendly herself, but training a great staff. I will stay again when I come back to Yakima!

Staff put me in wing over run by a boys sports teams...loud.
I asked for room in another wing away from the maps and was obliged. As I'm settling into my new quiet room, in walks another person who has been booked into the same room.

Staff was very unfriendly this stay and I've stayed here many times, for the price of breakfast which they had no coffee and price of hotel I will look elsewhere here on out.

Good central location next to the convention center. Facilities are older but adequate. Breakfast buffet was good. Airport shuttle is available and on time.

This is a very affordable place with parking and quiet. One thing that would help, is if they would update their website. The restaurant info has a tiny disclaimer that it's closed, and that breakfast is only on weekends. But it's daily. They just started charging for it, which isn't disclosed anywhere that I found. I would still stay there, because of the location & the many nearby dining options.
