My stay was so enjoyable, and the room was the perfect layout for my stay. The staff was so welcoming and did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a beautiful touch with something for everyone. Highly recommend staying here, and will again when I go back into town.

The room was large enough & looked clean, but we did see a cockroach when I lifted up the coffee & tea holder. The other Negative was that the parking lot was so dark last night you could hardly see the Hotel. The sign was very dim & there weren't really any lights outside.

The hotel was very utilitarian as everything was like in a big circle. Very immaculate and the rooms were very large size square footage, and decorated very nicely.
The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants which made it very convenient since they only had breakfast Service, however, they do have a bar too.

The rooms have been redone since my last stay….. all nice and new. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly! Breakfast was great especially the fresh fruit. I come to Tampa every few months and I’ll definitely stay here again.
酒店比较老，正门正在装修，位置离坦帕机场很近，酒店有接机服务，打个招呼大概5-10分钟车会来，7-8分钟到机场。
早餐简单，但足够。
旁边有几家餐厅，意大利餐厅OliveGarden很推荐，旁边加油站有24小时超市+赛百味，买东西吃很方便。
这家酒店在网上看起来很棒。我和妻子（我们都是老年人，且行动不便）在开车4.5小时后，于傍晚时分抵达。酒店正在装修。因为施工，我们无法把车停在酒店前门，只能停在后面的垃圾箱旁。停车场里堆满了建筑垃圾。后门通向一个临时搭建的入住登记台。我本来想离开的，但我们长途旅行后已经筋疲力尽了。我们办理了入住，然后走向电梯，建筑工人们正忙着搬运建筑拆除垃圾，进进出出。我们对这片狼藉非常失望，但还是决定住下来，因为第二天早上我们有医疗预约。我觉得我们预订房间时，酒店应该告知我们正在进行大规模施工，这间房两晚花了293美元。白天施工噪音很烦人。住这家酒店真是一个错误！这是我有史以来最糟糕的两晚住宿。我觉得我应该得到退款赔偿。
总的来说，这次在凯悦的住宿体验非常好。服务也令人满意。
入住非常便捷，工作人员也很友善。房间一尘不染，床很舒服。早餐很棒，种类丰富。我们住得很愉快，肯定会再次入住。
浴室门把手坏了，上厕所或洗澡时都关不上门。洗手池（位于房间的主要区域）周围爬满了小虫子。
