The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. My room was super comfortable and I enjoyed the river view. My only complaint is I couldn't stay an additional night. It was a relaxing place to call home while in town on business.

Clea, comfortable and updated rooms. Very quiet and beautiful setting. Breakfast ends at 9 so if you're a late sleeper you miss it.

Not As Expected
Hotel is dated and could use some TLC. Breakfast was ok.
Not a lot of healthy choices and no decaf coffee or tea.
Free drink and soup at night but they limit your choice of liquor. Not bad for a 1 night stay. Our air conditioner didn't work properly. Not bad for 1 night.

Very clean, quiet hotel room. Front desk was courteous and helpful and checking and out procedures were quick and efficient.
Pillows were not for my liking.

Review: Disappointed by Lack of Flexibility and Customer Support
Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at this property. I made a slight error with my reservation dates and arrived on a day when there was no availability. I understand this was partially my mistake, but I was hoping for some flexibility or assistance on a reservation that was made.
I contacted *******, who helped connect me with the property manager, but unfortunately, I was denied any refund or alternative solution. I would have been open to rebooking or using the amount as credit toward a future stay, but no options were provided.
I was genuinely looking forward to staying here however, due to the lack of understanding from the property manager and customer support I received, I will not be staying at this property in the future
