The hotel is older..our bathroom needs attention..the sink wasn’t clean..needs new tub! The bed was very comfortable! We couldn’t connect to WIFI even after calling front desk and HELP person! Front desk wasn’t helpful!

The room i had a awful mattress. I found 3 bugs in my room. The white linen,was dingy.

Our stay was wonderful in the Lubbock location. The staff was very nice and helpful, continental breakfast was excellent, and the bed in our room was one of THE most comfortable ever. We had some of the best sleep in a long time. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this property before and have had a better experience than this one. My room was dirty, on the first floor, which I did not want and had asked for another floor, very noisy, carpet has stains in room was so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable walking, barefoot on it at all. Staff was not near as accommodating as they had been when I had stayed before. I’m not sure I will use this property again, unfortunately

Stayed for one night. This facility badly needs updating and cleaned. The room was damp and had a musty odor. The bathroom was not clean and the shower head was clogged with calcium deposits. The hot water would become scalding hot when using shower- not ideal especially for younger children. I will not be returning.

It was a 1 night travel, headed through Lubbock. The building smelled musty and the tub was rusted.

It is easy access right off of the highway, but because of that it is on the noisy side. I’m not a real light sleeper, but good thing I had some ear plugs to get a good sleep. I checked the window to see if it was open and it wasn’t, i think it just didn’t seal very well. Breakfast was well supplied and very tasty though!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are large, clean, and furnishings are in good condition. Bed was one of the most comfortable that we have enjoyed in a hotel in years. Very clean bathrooms and sleeping area. Free breakfast was quite good and hot. Great selection of choices, from cereal to waffles, biscuits & gravy, pastry, bagels, fruit & juices, coffee. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.
