This is a hidden gem. The desk staff both day and night were incredibly hospitable. The rooms are clean and spacious, very spacious. Very comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom. The breakfast was great and the attendant is doing what he enjoys. Very friendly and hospitable. This was a five star stay for half the price I’d pay anywhere else. Great job, team.

The bathroom was worn out with stains and a peeling door. The soundproofing was awful. We were right next to the ice machine which sounded like it was in our room, the traffic noise from the interstate was quite loud, and the people walking above us incessantly sounded like big foot. The room was otherwise clean, but it wasn't as nice as other Comfort Inns we have frequented.

Everything in this hotel felt old and worn out. The place had an unpleasant smell, and the hallways reeked of smoke. The entire building creaked and made noise, and the soundproofing was awful. The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable, and the mattress didn’t even have a mattress pad. The bathroom was outdated, rusty, and so shabby that we didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Honestly, I don’t understand the positive reviews; they seem questionable at best.

The bathtub was rusty. There wasn’t a pillow case on one of the pillows. The sleeper sofa was bent in the middle and uncomfortable. The property in general was in need of a deep clean. The elevator made concerning noises. The gym was dirty and the equipment was broken. But staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

It is easy access right off of the highway, but because of that it is on the noisy side. I’m not a real light sleeper, but good thing I had some ear plugs to get a good sleep. I checked the window to see if it was open and it wasn’t, i think it just didn’t seal very well. Breakfast was well supplied and very tasty though!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are large, clean, and furnishings are in good condition. Bed was one of the most comfortable that we have enjoyed in a hotel in years. Very clean bathrooms and sleeping area. Free breakfast was quite good and hot. Great selection of choices, from cereal to waffles, biscuits & gravy, pastry, bagels, fruit & juices, coffee. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.
