The room seemed clean except for the wood headboards had fingerprints all over them. Needed to be wiped down for sure.
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast only a little worse. Shriveled up meat and powder eggs.
Staff very friendly. Hotel not fancy but serves the purpose. Would stay again.

Room was okay and fairly clean. The room was extremely dark with only 3 lamps and a very odd layout and tiny bathroom. I didn't like that the room was in a separate building from the check in.

The room was very nice, and very clean. The Breakfast was WELL above average, but the best part of the stay was the exceptional service provided by the evening desk clerk Cheryl at check in when she went above and beyond the call accommodating my needs with my disability, and other trips needs, by moving my room around to something much more suitable for my needs. Cheryl is the kind of employee that real adds to an already very nice hotel like this.

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great! The place is kept clean and there is an outlet mall within walking distance.

Great accomodations for a quick stay. Shower and floor was a little dirty in the bathroom but it wouldn't keep me from returning. It wasn't bad but I noticed it. Beds were comfy!

Was a bit disappointed in the pool . Booked this hotel specifically for the pool and it was only 3 ft deep around whole pool

Locked door was tape so guest at a church conference could enter freely. These were non paying guest. No parking. Front desk said we should go find something to do until conference ended each day. No place for paying guest to park. Shower leaked all over bathroom. Did not stay the night. Got a refund and booked another hotel and had to pay more. Did not feel safe. Other guest unhappy.

Pro. -The room was very spacious with a large bed.
Con- My wife has difficulty getting into showers that are not walk in. When we booked the room there were only 2 rooms available per the website that came up off of the Travelocity app. One room was a handicap room and one room was not. The room that was not handicapped showed a walk in shower with a sliding glass door so we booked it, the handicapped room was $20.00 more per night.
When we arrived at the room it had a regular tub/shower setup that my wife would have to step up and over. The front desk blamed it on the 3rd party website not showing the correct picture. All other rooms were booked up by the time we arrived that night so they were unable to switch to a different room. I just don’t feel like we were getting the value for the price. Also the bathroom had no light. There was a mirror that had light around the mirror on the back side which is more of an accent light. It didn’t even shine on your face while shaving or putting on makeup
