Nice place. Older. Some staff super nice and some snappy. Bed linens dirty when we got there so had to have them replaced. Didn’t tell us there were free spa amenities so we missed out. Spa staff rude, stressed out, not helpful. Not Allie. Food very good and waitress at restaurant amazing.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are nice size with 2 sinks, which makes it nice for getting ready in the mornings. Lobby area was very festive and welcoming for the Christmas season. Very disappointed that they have decided to start charging for parking. 15-25 dollars per night depending on covered or non-covered parking.

We loved the whole stay. It was our first time stay. We loved the food, room, and the decorations were outstanding. I loved Santa hanging on his rope! Will want to come back some time.

The parking app was frustrating. Paying to park??
Everything else was great, Staff was super nice. Atmosphere was great. Landscaping with patunias and decorative cabbage was pretty.

Bellman didn’t offer to help with luggage. We had two reservations and had previously spoke with manager and she said she would merge the two. Arrived and said manager had not and the lady that night at check in told us we had come back down next day and get new keys. Rooms smelled of body odor. Way understaffed and rooms weren’t all that clean. Day lady was really nice and took care of our problem and apologized for the night check in lady. Rooms need updating bad. We have always stayed her in the past but won’t be back !

It’s pretty bad when a guest of the Château can’t get a reservation for the main dining room on Thanksgiving night. Enough said next Christmas next Thanksgiving I’ll be paying the $1000 a room at the Cedar… The funny part. I was suggested to stay at the Château by a friend out of your corporate office. My suggestion is You look at your Dining Room reservations for Holidays. I understand I’m One room out of 300.

All was good except the mattress was old and broken down, I woke up with a sore back. They had no milk at their $22.00 buffet and it was very ordinary in selection.

The staff was incredibly kind. Check-in was a little inconvenient as my room wasn’t ready. After multiple attempts to check in the lady at the front desk assigned me another room. I was grateful and didn’t mind waiting however, we were there for a gymnastics meet and were hoping to settle in a room prior to my daughter’s performance. I understand it was incredibly busy and that being said every staff member I encountered was amazingly courteous and helpful.
