Could not get a call through to the hotel, either no one answered the phones or it went to ******* instead whete no one alos answered the phones.
i think parking should be free for guest staying at the resort

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The view from the hotel is spectacular. This is a nice quiet location just miles from Branson and all the things to do there.

But.. food was so so. They charged 7 $ per bottle of water, the parking cost around 15 $ per night
You have to deal with a useless AI assistant if you want to get help on the room phone. I tried to call for help and it was an awful experience. These bots have no place in a hospitality business

Terrific lake view is always our favorite draw. Inexplicitly, housekeeping was totally lacking during our 4 night stay despite daily complaints.

The room was very clean and prepared. The room's thermostat would not heat up the room with the temperature set and only cool air being blown through vent. This was reported to front desk who indicated this was a known problem and was being addressed. Upon further failure to get a temperature in room that was comfortable, additional efforts with speaking to front desk failed and we turned thermostat to off for remaining of stay. This was room 912.
Additionally, I reservrd 910 and that room only supplied cool water for bathing/showering.
Finally, the fairly new added parking fee is inflated and a dissatisfier plus the fact it's a hassle and goes through an independent collector.
All this is disappointing and factors in to an if or when return reservation and promotes hesitation with recommending staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau very much. My husband and I loved the beautiful lobby and all the food options available on site. We both took advantage of the amenities in the spa and fitness room. I booked a body treatment at the spa and it was divine!

Room was musty and gross. They put us on the pet floor (without warning), but we didn’t have a pet. My wife had a terrible reaction and had to request a new room. The entire place is outdated and gross. Very disappointing experience.
