Would have been great if we didn't attempt to use the hot tub. Besides the hot tub being colder than many pools and the floor in our room having a few large crumbs on it, it was a decent stay. Parking was good over the weekend, but may be difficult during the week. The front-desk staff was pleasant and treated us to warm cookies.

Odor in the room was representative of decades of smoking. Switched to another one, same thing. Cannot open windows more than 1 in to get fresh air. People walking by the window at 4am. Had a truly horrible experience.

Not as clean as expected. Sticky floors that can be heard as you walk. Receptionist not attentive/present at the front desk, after 15-20 min waiting there with 2 little ones I called the hotel number and asked them to come to the front desk for check-in. The receptionist was not welcoming and went back to his room as soon as he left the rood ken on the counter. Asked him if he could leave a bell to make it easier for guests. His answer was just sorry we do not have it. The next day I saw a bell sitting there which was promising! Unfortunately, an employee who does not care about where their paycheck comes from.

We had about 10 rooms in our group and they were very helpful with all our needs. I will say they could have just reserved the breakfast area for us for the few hours needed for NO charge with that many rooms. But they did not! I paid. No one was using the room but that is ok i guess! Grand kids used the pool , loved it.
