First, I did my checkin online which ended up being a complete waste. Second, the lady who checked me in was not very professional and/or friendly. She kept insisting I did not have a reservation. Third, the hallways are dingy. Fourth, the elevators need to be maintained. Ended up using the stairs. Lastly, the bathroom especially the tub was less than desirable. I won’t be staying again.

David, who checked us in was the only bright spot of the stay. Oddly this time we were charged in full upon checking in plus a deposit for “incidentals”. As we arrived in our room we found there was a loud party across the hall with 10 or so adults dressed for Halloween. It continued from about 10 PM to 12 AM. No one from the hotel seemed interested. Our stay lasted seven days and at no point did housekeeping knock on our door or enter our room for any service, although we heard them knocking on alternating doors each day, possibly checkouts only. We noticed cockroaches on day two and so began placing our garbage cans in the hallway in order for them to be emptied, on day five I sought out a housekeeper to request towels and toilet paper. We ate from the breakfast bar once and found it to be incredibly poor quality. Everything was the wrong texture. The parking lot was regularly strewn with garbage. The room especially the bathroom is rundown and in disrepair, splitting discolored caulking, and partial tub coat. I can’t imagine any restaurant would want to partner with this hotel so am not surprised it has been for lease for years.The hall carpets are filthy, and have been since prior to Covid. The lobby and entry area now play loud urban music that includes profanity inappropriate for families.
This was our 6th and final stay at this hotel, since the prior stay was very similar. The AC failed, mini fridge failed, plus zero housekeeping across 5 days.

The room was one of the worst rooms, It had paint falling off ceiling. Damaged walls. Room was very noise could hear people in next room just talking,road noise,elevator was noisey and crappy. Very disappointed for the price paid would have expected much more. will never stay there again

Breakfast was ok, grits were burnt and tasted burnt but other items were good and a good variety of food. Hotel overall was nice for the rate and good location. Some minor things in bathroom good have been a little bit cleaner, beds were super comfy!

Elevator broke ice machine broke charged for incidentals and none was available. They only change linen and towels every 3 days unless you request fresh linen or towels. The tub was dirty. The hotel needs an upgrade. Breakfast was good. I am glad we only stayed one night for

Property was okay. Rooms were nothing special. Elevator seemed to need some work (would skip levels unless you held the floor button).

我真是太生气了，我和伴侣今晚需要找个酒店，所以我们通过 trip.com 临时订了一间。结果我们拿到一间房，简直是一场灾难，根本就没打扫过，柜台上扔着毛巾，床也又脏又用过。桌子上全是泼洒的痕迹。这简直不可接受！前台那位女士又给我们换了一间斜对面的房间，结果一模一样，甚至更糟糕，柜台上还有用过的纸巾。
他们不太友好，而且地方很干净。
