Worst stay of my life and I made SURE to leave within the next 30 mins after checking in. The front desk gave me someone else’s room key and I walked on someone already living there. I told the front door he gave me another persons room and then when he switched my room I asked can he verify that someone isn’t in there and then he said “I’m sure no one is there” and then double backed and said “well I’m not sure”. Like how are you not sure when you work the front desk and supposed to know who’s in what room… Anyways, the room I was given was dirty and then it has dirty

The initial greeting was horrible! The gentleman you had on site 10/18/25 had no smile…no greeting….no friendly welcome!!! Once i got the key….got to the room….it didn’t work! Let’s not forget the elevator need maintenance! It squeaks entirely too loud!! Then you have the floorboards that are weakening on the 4th floor near the elevator…no fire extinguishers in the delegated areas!! Finally get to the room (anxiety high) and find out the rooms are conjoined!!! (Not advertised)! The conjoined room door (our side) was unlocked which was weird to me! The tub was dirty!!! The toilet was loud when flushed! Had i been able to find something else:…i would’ve asked for a refund immediately! This property overall needs extreme work!!!

The bathroom was horrible! The tub was dirty and dingy. There was hair on the floors. The phones don’t work inside room so I had to walk back to reception because they didn’t answer the phone when I called from my cell phone. The WiFi barely worked. So the tv kept freezing.

It was a great place to stay, and when I had to extend my stay by one day due to vehicle mechanical problems they went above and beyond to provide me with an economical room option.

Good location near colleges but an older building but clean needs inside updating. Pool was clean and nice! Staff was kind and very helpful! Worth the price and free breakfast is always a plus!!

Didn’t get much sleep no way to turn off the lights above bed I searched high and low only 2 switches in the room had to improvise and use my eye mask! The breakfast could be better the sausage looked under cooked and some folks don’t eat pork so it wasn’t much choices!

Dont stay here.
There was a light behind the TV that we could not turn off. It stayed on and we slept with that light on all night long because the switch was broken. Front desk did not answer phone. Took 30 minutes to check in due to front desk understaffed with long line. Vomit smell present.

There was paper stuck to the floor, bathroom ceiling was coming down, bathroom lights were flickering.
我真是太生气了，我和伴侣今晚需要找个酒店，所以我们通过 trip.com 临时订了一间。结果我们拿到一间房，简直是一场灾难，根本就没打扫过，柜台上扔着毛巾，床也又脏又用过。桌子上全是泼洒的痕迹。这简直不可接受！前台那位女士又给我们换了一间斜对面的房间，结果一模一样，甚至更糟糕，柜台上还有用过的纸巾。
糟糕的酒店
前台服务超级热情，没有空调，没有洗发水，房间里没有咖啡机，浴室水槽下水道散发着难闻的气味，简直脏乱差！早餐几乎不存在；最好说一下，酒店不提供住客早餐！总之，这家酒店远低于预期！我不会再来了！
