Repeated solicitation from street life while trying to sleep at night. And we stayed on the 2nd floor! Additionally, clean towels were hard to acquire and not present upon check in.

酒店回复: You booked for smoking room. But we gave you essential oil and air Fersner. You pulled out all the bed sheets, pillows and even the mattress cover to find the stain but didn't find anything. So we had to make both the beds twice. We gave you three extra towels and wash cloths. Ignoring all the positive things we did for you, gave a bad review!!!!

There were white stains on my bed in my bed felt like I was laying on titanium very uncomfortable to sleep in but the Customer Service was very nice

The room was a mess not clean the bed sheet where stained and it smelled
