All was fine except for leaky shower head which was leaking over shower doors and wet walls. Also window side electrical oulets did no work.

I honestly have no choice but to leave a negative review.
Stained pillow cases. Stained towels. Bathroom door handle came off into my hand. Shower head was disgusting. Sink drain was broken and full of hair.

Staff was friendly and good.
Sink did not drain.
Only one set of towels. (Room was booked for 2)
TV did not work.
Key cards did not work after breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent, by the way.
We were very disappointed, our previous stays here were fine. We arrived after a long drive, and rather than move to another room after unpacking, just went to sleep on what proved to be more uncomfortable beds than last time.
I think we will find someplace else to stay next time.
We are so sorry, it is such an ideal location.
There were only 6 cars in the lot, and 4 other people at breakfast. There was no reason to put us in an unprepared room.

Staff was fine, hotel was run done, not well kept and visibly not well cleaned, worn down furniture. Holes in walls. Elevator walls had stains. Everywhere you looked seemed half clean and neglected.

Someone else’s hair on the shower wall. A drawer that wouldn’t close. Chipped paint on the walls. Faucet was wiggling off. Hallway dirty.

It was clean and it was in a good location.
It looked like they were doing some updates or remodeling. The rooms were a little run down, but not enough to be uncomfortable. Check in was slow so don’t be in a hurry.

Facility is lacking proper maintenance. Someone used electrical tape to fix a leaky shower head. Our bed comforter was shredded and stained. The towels were so thin you could see through them.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It was extremely dirty. The furniture was covered with dust and the couch in the room had stains on it. The mirror had water splatters all over it. The handicap handrails were dusty. The entire room looked as though it had not been cleaned for weeks. When we spoke to the manager about it, he stated that the have more rooms than the can clean.
