Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have more variety as had scrambled eggs each day. Bigger coffee cups would also be good. Seems wasteful to have each cup wrapped in plastic.

This is our second stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is great close to most attractions.

Room and bathroom on 4th floor were clean and immaculate. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Bonnie at front desk was nice and professional. She and Caleb, property mgr, were quick and efficient in helping me change my accommodations.
Great location to entertainment and restaurants.

clean room, good location, front checkin staff were very helpful. only 3rd and 4th floor Ice machines were working,and only 1 washing machine and dryer were working,some guests had to wait to use them.

We had several problems on this stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, the refrigerator wasn't working and the TV wouldn't work. The staff did address everything and all was working for the second night. The hotel is off the main road (hwy 76) enough that there isn't any noise and the surrounding area, like much of the Ozarks, is beautiful.

The hotel was in a great location compared to everything around it. It was super easy to get to it and to get to any of the attractions. The staff were great throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and in a safe location. Would stay there again.

Pool and Hot tub were nice. Our room had a smell to it so we kept our window open the whole time. Our AC also did not work so it's a good thing we had our window open. Also 2 of our light bulbs were burnt out in our bathroom.

We got one of the suites. It was really nice and spacious. Pool was a little chilly but still swam and used the hot tub. Parking was a little tough at times. Over all a great experiance
