I was quite impressed with this property. Not sure if it’s a recent rebrand or what but seems like a great under the radar spot. Was perfect for Thunder Ridge concert.

Hotel description is wrong
Website is giving a very wrong description
There’s no in door pool and no breakfast buffet. The only reason I book this place was because of that, kids were very disappointed

Horrible Experience
We were woken up in the middle of the night by our fire alarm chirping — not exactly ideal during a relaxing vacation. It was clear the batteries hadn’t been checked prior to our stay. My wife got dressed and walked to the front desk, where the lady had to retrieve a 9V battery from another room so that I could change the battery in our room’s fire alarm. Definitely a first on vacation.
To add to the experience, a front desk associate named Adam was not friendly at all when we asked for towels. With a scowl on his face, he bluntly handed them over. When I asked if there was a problem, he curtly responded, “No, just doing my job.” Not the kind of attitude you expect in hospitality. Plus, get to the room and a bug was on the towels.
Furthermore, the picture online are very deceiving. They do not offer an in door water park as advertised.
I’m not sure this hotel is truly equipped to be in the hospitality business. When people spend their hard-earned money on a vacation, there’s a certain level of care, professionalism, and courtesy that should be expected. Guests should feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued—not like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here. We will not be staying here or recommending to any of our friends or colleagues.

Very quiet place away from the center
We had a nice stay as the room was clean and the property was very calm and well-kept. It's 15 15-minute drive away from the Branson downtown or Landing. So be ready to drive every time you go out for anything.

The property was nice. The problem was the hotel is very understaffed. During my recent four night stay, housekeeping didnt make up my room a single time. I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and had to empty my trash and ask for trash bags. It's an okay place to stay in a pinch, but I would not return to this motel.

My check-in was smooth and easy, I was surprised they had my key-card already. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Out of a 3 day stay I had to have my room key reactivated which was annoying. My Apple phone charger disappeared and my extra key but for some reason the charger was at the front desk. What was really annoying was it took literally 20 minutes to get hot water.

This is the 2nd year in a row staying here, and this year was a BIG improvement. The team working here is drastically better and willing to help whenever needed.
