太糟糕了!办理入住后,给我的房间显然还没准备好!两张床中有一张床没铺,枕头就扔在地板上。浴室很脏,完全没打扫。浴室里也没有毛巾。水槽里开封的肥皂和包装纸都还在旁边。
早餐简直是灾难!根本没什么可吃的。早餐时间是早上6点到9点,可我8点半去的时候,只剩下麦片了!果汁都没了,也没有补充。熟食也全没了。工作人员的解释是“大家都在6点到7点之间下来吃完了!” 根本就没有工作人员负责摆放、补充和清理,所有事情都由前台那一个人做。酒店一直都只有一个工作人员,这简直是疯了!
酒店新刷了墙,但是其他设施老的,新墙面也难隐其破旧,我住的这个房间的枕头也不知道是床靠背的油漆染了上去? 还是很久没有洗?
另外,这个酒店的WiFi 速度非常慢,基本不能用;房间给了桌子,竟然没有椅子,一把也没有,那给桌子的意义何在?????
酒店需要翻新,走廊很臭,房间也很臭。一楼的房间很宽敞,但整天都很吵。整个大厅的地毯和沙发都很脏,地板已经漏水好几个星期了,玻璃杯一直放在停车场,外面也没人打扫。他们声称提供早餐,但实际上只有放在炉子盘子里的香肠饼,华夫饼机总是没插电,只有几包燕麦片和一些不新鲜的馅饼。不提供你不提供的东西,员工还可以。
他们给我们办理入住的第一个房间,水槽上用过肥皂,床上用品很脏,地板也很脏。垃圾桶里似乎有呕吐物。烟味令人作呕。我们要求换一个房间。地板还是很脏。地板上有干涸的死蟑螂。床上用品似乎也没有换过。空调坏了。这时,我告诉他们我想要全额退款。他们告诉我必须通过*******申请。*******尝试了三天都没能联系上物业经理,最终告诉我不会退款。千万别去这个地方!太恶心了!他们是小偷。
早餐还没准备好,入住简直是一场噩梦。我通过*******付款,柜台人员还想再跟我争论一次,说要我付全款!我跟他讲了四遍我已经付过钱了,终于搞清楚了。
说实话,服务太差了。他们竟然收了我100美元的罚款,这根本不存在。说实话,这是我这辈子最糟糕的酒店体验,糟糕透顶。
房间闻起来有霉味,白色床单上有霉斑,第一个房间的空调坏了。
换了个房间,空调确实能用,但还是有霉味。
