早餐简直是灾难！根本没什么可吃的。早餐时间是早上6点到9点，可我8点半去的时候，只剩下麦片了！果汁都没了，也没有补充。熟食也全没了。工作人员的解释是“大家都在6点到7点之间下来吃完了！” 根本就没有工作人员负责摆放、补充和清理，所有事情都由前台那一个人做。酒店一直都只有一个工作人员，这简直是疯了！
酒店新刷了墙，但是其他设施老的，新墙面也难隐其破旧，我住的这个房间的枕头也不知道是床靠背的油漆染了上去？ 还是很久没有洗？
另外，这个酒店的WiFi 速度非常慢，基本不能用；房间给了桌子，竟然没有椅子，一把也没有，那给桌子的意义何在？？？？？
酒店需要翻新，走廊很臭，房间也很臭。一楼的房间很宽敞，但整天都很吵。整个大厅的地毯和沙发都很脏，地板已经漏水好几个星期了，玻璃杯一直放在停车场，外面也没人打扫。他们声称提供早餐，但实际上只有放在炉子盘子里的香肠饼，华夫饼机总是没插电，只有几包燕麦片和一些不新鲜的馅饼。不提供你不提供的东西，员工还可以。
他们给我们办理入住的第一个房间，水槽上用过肥皂，床上用品很脏，地板也很脏。垃圾桶里似乎有呕吐物。烟味令人作呕。我们要求换一个房间。地板还是很脏。地板上有干涸的死蟑螂。床上用品似乎也没有换过。空调坏了。这时，我告诉他们我想要全额退款。他们告诉我必须通过*******申请。*******尝试了三天都没能联系上物业经理，最终告诉我不会退款。千万别去这个地方！太恶心了！他们是小偷。
早餐还没准备好，入住简直是一场噩梦。我通过*******付款，柜台人员还想再跟我争论一次，说要我付全款！我跟他讲了四遍我已经付过钱了，终于搞清楚了。
说实话，服务太差了。他们竟然收了我100美元的罚款，这根本不存在。说实话，这是我这辈子最糟糕的酒店体验，糟糕透顶。
房间闻起来有霉味，白色床单上有霉斑，第一个房间的空调坏了。
换了个房间，空调确实能用，但还是有霉味。
