The room felt like a jail cell. The bathroom had broken sharp tiles and the beds felt like sleeping on the floor.

Room was good. Clean. Had a lot of trouble with room cards. Had To go back to office on two occasions to get them to work. Total of five trips. Continental breakfast was good first day. Second day was not stocked and out of items. Staff was not concerned about lack of items.

This room is more of a “pimp” room than a hotel room. There is a corner jacuzzi next to the bed. There’s no such thing as a nonsmoking room so the stench of cigarette smoke is ever present. All in all it was a horrible experience.

Rooms were trash rooms has an old room smell as well as smelling just like cigarettes the sheets were filthy the chair in there was filthy none of the vacuum amenities work filled up the soap and conditioner and lotion amenities were broke just an overall rip off will never stay here again and I suggest no one else calls for the online shenanigans they misrepresent the room 100%

For the price we paid, it was pretty reasonable. The lady at the lobby was helpful and multitasked between the front desk and the breakfast area. You get a fridge, microwave, a comfy bed and a hot shower. That’s all we needed.

This guess was on me but somehow we had a smoking room and it was nothing like the pictures online and smelled of smoke awful. Breakfast was a joke by 8am there was nothing left. Juice machine didn’t work food selection very limited. Staff was nice but I rented the room based on the reviews on this site almost all being 8 or 10 but I noticed today the same person seems to have made a few to bump up the score.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, was able to park right in front of our door, the front desk lady was very kind, the breakfast was decent but get there early for more options, and was close to everything we wanted to do!
