The property was perfect for our stay. The location was close to many area attractions and the resort amenities were just enough for my family to have a very enjoyable weekend.

Our stay was okay. My wife and I are not fancy people that need a fancy hotel to stay at to be happy. We spent most of the time out and about exploring the area, hiking and finding places to eat. It was more than enough for us and we loved that it had a little kitchen. We even thought about bringing our kids some time in the winter to go skiing because the house was big enough and everything was so convenient. I do want to highlight some cons though. The WiFi is terrible. Devices would struggle to stay connected, when mentioned to the staff, they told us to call the carrier. That should not be on us to do and should not be our responsibility. The TVs were smart TVs but they told us they are not connected and cannot be connected so we could not log in to our streaming services to watch stuff. Even if we had a Firestick or Roku, I am not sure the wifi would have handled it. The place is outdated. The couch was in really rough condition and the carpets need to be replaced. The water pressure is really bad. Not sure if that is a common thing in the Poconos but it was tough to shower with water pressure that was that low.

We were checking into 3 different villas. And all 3 of those were all disgusting and outdated. Unacceptable for a Wyndham property.

We enjoyed an afternoon at the Shawnee Mountain Food Truck and Music Festival. Easy walk in the evening to the Shawnee Brewery.

Nice location and good accommodations, albeit outdated. But overall the place we stayed was very clean and the staff was extremely quick to send someone over to fix an issue in the kitchen. Great service overall and everyone was friendly.

The worst experience I’ve ever had there in 5 years. I will not be returning and no longer recommend for anyone to stay. The places were never swept to make sure they were guest ready, bugs everywhere, wasp nest in the bathroom, and a waste of money. I spoke to supervisor for the night and she move me and the place was worse, when I came back to give her my thoughts she said I could just check out if I wasn’t ok with the change. Who does that?! What a great decline.

A perfect spot in a beautiful area. The price is amazing for what they offer. Sleeps a family comfortably with nice kitchen and living room area....screened in porch to enjoy the surroundings
