There was a line of people waiting for staff to come out to the front desk, rooms were not clean (bathroom), the sheets were dirty, went and asked for more clean sheets and they were also full of hair and stains. No offer to switch rooms or anything when I told the front desk the room was not clean. The headboards are wooden and had handprints with what look liked food on them.

The long and short of it, don’t stay here if you can help it. I’d like to start by saying that the staff was all pleasant enough. My mattress had a large soiled stain on it. I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. The people in the room were either having a mental health event, doing *****, or both. All night long I was kept awake by frantic screaming and banging on the walls. I eventually got up at 5am and just got back on the road.

1 towel in a double queen room. Drain in tub/shower backed up. Was offered a new room but we had already spread out and it was late. We’ve stayed here many times in the past. It just seems it’s going downhill.

Parking is an issue. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it's very difficult to find parking. The "overflow" lot is part of the parking for the coffee shop next door and you will get towed if you are not out of there asap the next day.

Little disappointed
Bathtub was extremely slick. Potential fall hazard. No wash cloths provided. No soap provided. I have stayed at this location before and was always pleased.
