Bring your own pillows they were pretty bad, woke up sore both days. Charged $30 fee to check in 20 minutes early as well.

So many stains on the sheets and blankets I had to sleep with just the one sheet.
Food crumbs all along each bed and I did the double beds for my stay.
Bathroom was dirty with guest everywhere including the pictures in wall all had dirt.
Lots of crumbs,paper pieces all along the floor and the window had a big crack where it made the room cold.I turned in the heater and it had very strong brunt smell so they need to start turning them in knowing it’s getting cold at night.
I would not recommend this hotel but the breakfast attendant was super nice.Loved that you guys had the biscuits n gravy but no bacon or potatoes:(((((
Cheap but rooms could at least be cleaned more (management &housekeeping)

The first room, none of the electronics worked. The room they moved us to did not have the needed accessibility and the fridge was busted with wet carpet around it.

You definitely get what you pay for. the ac seemed to not work at all the room was hot, even with the A/C on full blast set to 69°. and showering was a nightmare because all the water gathered around the toilet instead of draining. Beds were actually pretty comfortable.

The overall cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. No black “makeup” wash towel. We had a 1st floor room open to the courtyard and it was loud at times.

The room smelled musty and the air conditioning did not work well. It did not cool the room or eliminate the musty Oder. The sink and the tub did not drain properly. The shower head was broken and did not stay in place. I have stayed at this property several times and this was by far our worst room. Our previous stays were at the $85 a night rate. This weekend was family weekend the and the room rate jumped to almost $400. It is not as easy to over look the poor conditions of the bathroom and room when paying such a high price. Breakfast was limited and both mornings they ran out of syrup and waffle mix.

Staff was nice! Check in was easy. The coffee pot was not working correctly, wrong size filter tray. Had to retrieve the coffee pot from service counter. Bathroom shower and floor had mold in the corners and hot water took a very long time. Was on the 2nd level across from the elevators and would not recommend this room to anyone. Too much noice all through the day and night. Room smelled musty upon arrival.
