Hotel was under renovation and it looked the part. Additionally, the clerk informed me there was an additional $50 deposit, in case of damage to the room. I told the clerk that was not disclosed prior to my making the reservation. She said, because I make the reservation through a third party, the hotel's policies were not known to *******. I saw that as something of a bait and switch. It seems very unprofessional for ******* to provide booking and not have visibility of the hotel's policies!

The tub looked like it had black mold. Lots of black in it. No light in bathroom. No toilet paper. No lamp shades on lights. No bed linens, only sheets. Worst hotel room in 40+ years of travel. Will send pictures if you'd like. We requested our money back. They said they credited my account.

Could have been better
The rooms were not the cleanest. There was no mattress pads on the beds, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. There was mold in the bathtub. They had no ground floor rooms available which made things hard for me to navigate the stairs.

Just a night away
Room was great clean, there was no shower curtain and the ac was making a strange noise. They are remodeling so was a little mess in parking lot. Over all was clean and comfy.

If you’re looking for a place that redefines disappointment, look no further than this so-called “Quality Inn.” From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was optional. The bathroom was grimy, the floors were dirty, and the air conditioning unit was missing its cover — rattling like a freight train every time it kicked on.
There was no fire alarm in the room. Let that sink in. A basic safety feature — completely absent.
Breakfast was a comedy of errors. I had to ask for cups just to pour coffee, and bread for toast wasn’t even out. No plates, just bowls — which made eating stale cereal feel like a survival exercise. The staff? Unfriendly and glued to their phones, seemingly annoyed by the presence of guests.
They claim the place is being remodeled. If that’s true, it must be happening in an alternate dimension, because nothing about this property suggests improvement. It’s not a renovation — it’s a slow decay.
This isn’t a Quality Inn. It’s a Quality Out. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.

There was no remote in two of the three rooms that I booked. All of the floors were dirty. One of the beds looked as if it had been slept in already. There was no trash can or coffee maker in one room as well. Another room had terrible water pressure. There was a lamp shade that I had to attach in one room. The pictures looked absolutely nothing like the actual hotel. The only reason we stayed was because we were so exhausted from an all day trip to an amusement park and because I had prepaid and booked prior to leaving for our trip. I have reached out to the hotel but no response from anyone there. There seemed to not be a lot of concern for guests comfort just from the experience we had. Also, I booked three rooms and they were all separated from each other all over the hotel.
