This was the absolute worst room that I have ever stayed in. It smelled of mildew and mold. The bathroom fixtures were rusty. I wouldn't even take a shower because I didn't feel comfortable doing so. There were tiny holes all over the door because the locks had been changed so much. There was hair painted over on the walls. There were dirty spots on the curtains. It was just a lot. If I weren't so doggone exhausted from driving 10 hours already I wouldn't have bothered staying here. I was sad that pi had already paid for it and couldn't get my money back

The place was old and run down. No smoke detectors. The door had no security latch, it was busted off. The door looks like it had been busted into. The toilet was not secured to the floor and the floor was so filthy you could not take off your shoes.

The room was not finished. Poorly painted walls with mis matched colors. The show was fitted for handicap and the sprayer was hinged on a rusty man made hanger. There wasnt any tissue in the dispenser. When i uaed the poor blow dryer it suddenly stopped working. The room was clean but not very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were ok.

Refrigerator noisy, and a/c unit noisy, checked in 4am, was so exhausted that still slept... killed 2 roaches that came out at night...ughhh

The facility called us when we were approximately half an hour away to let us know that our room had flooded. We had booked an accessible room. They didn't have any to offer us. They found a room with a single king sized bed on the first floor for us. The room initially looked dusty, but okay and clean. Upon further observation, we found hair in the bathroom floor and broken switch plates and missing items. During our single night's day, we also were accompanied with small roaches. I won't stay at this location again. Most of the room numbers were held on the doors with hvac tape. Hopefully the location is judt doing a lot of remodeling. I will not chance it again there though. Paid too much to end up in a room like this
