The room looked like the bed sheets were changed but morning else in the room looked like it's been cleaned in a while. The toilet had a ring around the water level of mildew, the tub had hair all in it, the soap was just thrown on the counter top, and the walls had finger and hands prints everywhere. I choose baymonts because recent experiences in other locations has been great. I will not be return to this location.

The heater made noise all night. The toilet as well. Continental breakfast had bagels, sandwich bread in ziplock bags.

We arrived at 11 p.m. My husband checked in at a window outside. The clerk was fine, not welcoming but not unfriendly either.
The room: had no more than 5 squares of toilet paper, and no extra roll. I made a trip to the car and brought in ours. There was no soap so I washed my hands with shampoo.
The tv would not turn on. We attempted to call the front desk, but there was no dial tone.
The bed and floor appeared to be clean.

The room was comfortable stay. I would like to made the hotel aware of a few things. There was no way to use the coffee maker because there was no tray. The tissue box was empty. There was no hair dryer in the holder.
In the breakfast area there were no knives, no lids for the coffee, and butter would be nice.
I made no complaints as these things did not affect my stay.

The bathroom light didn’t work. It was a big bug on the curtains and was also dusty. Lastly the WiFi was really bad it kept disconnecting to not connecting at all,so I couldn’t watch tv.
