The room was clean; the beds, comfortable; and the breakfast, adequate. Staff was very pleasant. My friend and I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff was friendly during check in. Hotel looked clean, we only stayed one night driving thru, however there were people all around us letting kids run crazy almost all night. Either the walls are thin or these people were all extra loud. Ask the hotel clerk if there was anything to do she said no, sorry! Around 1:00 I couldn’t take it so turned on the air do drown out the noise and the air conditioner squeaked so loud it was too much. Luckily it was a cooler night and didn’t need air.

Unfortunately I found the beds very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable as well. They definitely did not have a pillow in the hotel to spare. However, most disappointing was that we were 3 people staying in a room with only 2 bath towels to use. Lots of fave cloths but only 2 large towels for 3 people. When asked for another at the front desk she just kept saying “we’re full”. Disappointing all around!

Queen hotel, friendly staff, breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, Belgian waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee, and other miscellaneous, baked goods, and fruit. Great stuff for the price.

Came in from Florida for my first Iron Bowl so naturally most things are sold out as well as prices hiked which is to be expected. But I paid over $500 a night to stay in a construction zone. They gave NO warning that we would be on the first floor literally right next to the construction as they remodeled. I woke up to drills and banging so loud every morning and that was not even the worst part! We got stuck with COLD showers which was miserable. Upon checking out we had to walk through tarps that were hung up while they completely demolished all of the rooms and walls around us. There should have at least been some sort of warning.

WiFi 完全不能用。我给前台打电话，她说会重启设备，但猜测可能是因为酒店住满了客人。这对我需要完成的工作一点帮助都没有。我在住期间从未连上过WiFi。浴室里的卫生纸只剩下大概三分之一卷了。房间和浴室都很干净。床垫还算可以。
