Room was clean. Everything stocked. Only issues I had was shower was backed up so water would build up. Spoke with someone in the front and they were able to fix the issue.

Felt safe BUT, hotel was gross. Shattered glass door. Carpet/rooms smelled like old folks home. Broken tiles in entry way. WORST PART!!!! AC didn’t cool or stay on. Won’t return

Stay away
The room we stayed in (137) had some sort of brown stains on the shower curtain, cockroaches in the bathroom. They also kept the hallway at 80 degrees and the ac in the room wouldn’t cool down the room. We also went to the pool at 9:45 pm after confirming the pool doesn’t close till 10:30 and as we were trying to get out the lights shut off at 10:17pm. I specifically remember checking the time because we couldn’t believe it was 10:30 already. Then I went and told the front desk lady that I thought the pool was closed at 10:30. She said that the lights are on an automatic timer. My mom could have fell but instead of the lady, noticing the lights were off, she was too busy on her phone to notice we were still in there and turn the lights back on.

Our room was not dusted - it looked like in weeks.
There was a big green booger on the bathroom wall.
The staff did not want to give us any extra towels, said we only got 1 per day - she was not friendly.

Will Stay Again
The hostess in the front was very kind. The hotel wasn’t the best but definitely not the worst. I plan on staying there again in a couple of weeks. I just wish it was cleaner.

Friendly Staff and Great Service Go Up in Smoke
The room was clean but smelled a bit like smoke - very disappointing! The staff was friendly and the kept the breakfast area very clean.

Originally put us in a room that was not cleaned yet. Desk clerk talked very fast and was hard to understand.

Never Again
The room smelled of cigarettes, the light bulb was out in the bathroom, rugs throughout the hotel just looked filthy. The whole place was just questionable with a shattered glass door downstairs. The top blanket smelled musky. It was late, and we had no other options, we couldn’t sleep and checked out at 5:30 AM.
