Was over for medical reasons took forever to find the place but after I found the place I had arrested it turned out to be okay I just don't know love it that much and it didn't really give good directions to where it was at it said Auburn Street well there's like four different Auburn streets in Lubbock and if you don't know love it you'll go to every one of them before you find out where you're going after I found it though everything went okay and I did get some rest and was ready to go to the cardiologist the next morning so all I know it was an okay stay

Clogged sink, not everything in the room worked, toilet runs, TV was not modern like other hotels. Hotel felt old and not updated well

The front-desk staff was excellent professional - responsive - very accommodating.
What ruined the stay is that even AFTER I requested the room to be made EVERY DAY (it's not like I get a discount for having dirty towels and an unmade bed) and which the staff acknowledged and assured me it would be done - Housekeeping somehow decided on their own that they are too good to follow instructions. I do not care for coming to my room tired from a full day of work and finding in unmade - if I wanted NO housekeeping service I would get an Air B n B! - MAKE THE DARN ROOMS EVERY DAY! this is UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near our daughter's apartment who we were visiting. The room was average at best, certainly not worth the jacked up rate of $400+ per night due to being a Texas Tech Family/football game weekend. The bathroom was dirty (toilet bowl stained, tile cracked in the shower, caulking was dirty, drain in shower and sink did not drain well/clogged). The beds were fairly comfortable. If the rate was around $100 per night, I could maybe understand, but certainly not worth the exorbitant pricing taking advantage of the high-demand situation.

The room had no phone, hair dryer, iron or working coffee pot. We asked about these things and were ignored. We were attending a family reunion and only booked this room for the space. We also had a photo session at a local studio and could not have the above items to ready ourselves for it. Upon returning each time to the room we had to get a new key as the door would not open and after this were told the lock was broken and we would have to move to another room. By then our family members had made plans to travel back home. I would like an adjustment made to our money for having to move rooms as we still had friends visiting us .

Staff were very kind and overall this was a fine location, but the property was not clean. There was dirt and hair on my sheets, hair in my shower, and the closer I looked at areas around the bathroom, public areas like the gym or elevators, the more dirty things I saw.

The bathroom was very dated and not very clean looking, the property did not smell clean, the shower never had hot water it warm at best. After we got into bed we discovered the side wall to the bed was dirty and smeared with something very visible.
