There was sand in one of the beds and the other bed had stained sheets. Pretty sure the sheets had not been changed since the last person slept there

Veronica greeted me with a warm smile at check-in, making the process a breeze. The room was nothing short of spectacular, filled with stylish decor and every comfort I could wish for, just as it always is. I look forward to returning to this wonderful location whenever I need a getaway.

照着图片预定了，给了我们一楼的房间很失望，一开门一股霉味扑鼻而来，幸好前台的老外善解人意主动给我们换了二楼。可是早上9点多又来敲门要打扫房间，整个体验感比较差，好在这个价格带早餐，性价比很高，不过餐品就很一般啦，周边属于农田😞
很棒的住宿地点
我们一直很喜欢住在这家酒店。这些年来我们已经住过好几次了。工作人员总是很友好。热早餐很美味。房间舒适干净。而且，宠物费也很合理。
距离繁华的商业区很近，但周围却没有，因此交通便利，没有噪音和拥堵等问题。价格完全符合预期。物有所值。
接待员的服务很糟糕
服务很糟糕，接待员没有受过培训，也不是双语人士，她是服务提供者，不会说西班牙语，这对她在接待处的职位至关重要
