this is NOT a greenstay, its converting to a best western so upon arrival there was alot of confusion. our room & facilities thankfully were very nice but this needs clarified for the future.
we were not asked about rewards or joining best western for credit for this stay.

Hotel has just been updated. It was an excellent stay! I was the first one to touch the blow dryer in our room. The lobby was so pretty!

The front desk agent was very polite and courteous, which we appreciated. Unfortunately first room smelled strongly of smoke. We were moved to another room that had bedbugs and could not stay there so we left. We are requesting a refund.

Courteous staff, clean room with nice heavy weight comforter. The mattress was a bit too firm (it felt worn out), but everything else was perfect. Breakfast was the usual hotel menu, but top of the line. The orange juice was not watered down, the eggs were scrambled, but tasted like eggs, etc. Clean buffet room. Great stay! Will be back.

Breakfast is nice, wish they would have bacon more often. I'm not fond of the pillows, but otherwise, very nice hotel. I come here very often when I'm in town.

The toilet leaked around the floor and was VERY loose.
My room was on the bottom floor and the noise from the
room above was terrible. Could hear every footstep.
Sounded like elephants. Room had a bad smell.
Will not stay there again.
