Check in was fast, staff was friendly and accommodating, our room was clean, the room temperature control was very good, and the location was excellent because most things we needed were within walking distance.

The front desk staff is not very
Attentive. We arrived back at our hotel room around midnight on both nights and there was no one sitting at the desk. This creates a security breakdown as anyone could just walk into the hotel. Also tried calling the front desk upon arriving to our room and was sent three times to voicemail. They need to train their staff better to be more aware of people entering the hotel and answering the front desk phone when people call or return their call back to their room.

Red Coach bus service to UF and other colleges/college towns literally right outside the parking lot. Mexican restaurants within walking distance on each side and an Olive Garden across the street. Less than 5 minutes to FSU. Lots of other restaurants and shopping within minutes by car. Decent breakfast that was replaced with fresh items right up until the ending time. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. When I went down to the lobby one night to get bedding for the pull out couch, Mae helped me with a big smile and a super friendly manner. Some nights were noisier than others, but that was a clientele issue, not anything due to the hotel location or staff.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate having hot and cold varieties. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we visit Tallahassee again.

Could be cleaner. Carpet was very dirty…walked with white socks that needed up black. No housekeeping unless requested, and not even happen when requested. No back up toilet paper. Randy at Front desk very nice and helpful.
首先，我们被安排错了房间，直到用姓氏登录Wi-Fi才发现。后来，我们被安排到了正确的房间。我们不得不自己给女儿铺沙发床，因为这显然不包含在服务范围内。沙发床脏得几乎睡不着。沙发床的床垫也磨损严重，我们提出要求后，他们给了我们两条毯子垫着。即使换了更衣室，情况也好不到哪里去，因为所有的沙发床看起来都一样。房间整体都急需翻新，清洁服务更是低劣。我绝对不推荐这家酒店！
不错的地方而且很安静。我们只住了一晚。
