We were greeted when we walked in, the Desk Clerk and staff were courteous. We had a nice room. Breakfast was good. The only challenge was that the In-room coffee machine did not have a filter, so we could not brew coffee. I explained what I needed at the front desk and my son showed them when they came to the room, but we never got it. They did have coffee 24/7 downstairs.

The staff member Edgar was rude to me would not try to help me solve my problem and eventually just walked away from.

Was a decent room but not necessarily worth the price. The breakfast was dreadful. Rooms were outdated.

First room had stains on bedspread and smelled like mold. Rooms need updating and cleaned. Door handles had no finish. Sink faucet old and dirty. Rust on door hinges. Trim and door paint chipped and dirty. Milk expired. . Oj was out. Eggs , sausage and bagels offered only. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. Staff was nice and helped change room. Almost like he knew exactly what i was talking about before i said it.

Low touch factor in the room and in the lobby. Thin walls and floors. Low grade furniture. No blackout curtains.
