Within the 10 minutes of checking into and going to my room, my daughter and I both saw multiple roaches. We immediately checked out/asked for defense and left the hotel property. Will not be returning.

The first room they offered us had a broken exterior door handle, so we requested a different room. The second room they offered us had a missing safety latch, no deadbolt, the bathroom door latch was broken, the TV was pulled off the wall, the room was overall dirty, but it also hadn't been cleaned (unmade bed, etc.)
We did not feel safe staying and so requested a refund and scrambled to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The pictures are misleading. FYI, the pool is permanently closed and the entire property is run down.

Danny has gone above and beyond with customer service. As far as the General Manager he made my stay a lil inconvenient. He took my payment for the room at 1:30 pm and I left to pick up my children.

The room was nasty smelling with broken glass in the carpet. Guys were casing out our car the whole time. We left and found another place to stay.

Smells like smoke, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Closet door is completely broken off, the bathroom doorframe is broken from the door being busted in, toilet is broken, holes all over the walls. Bedsheet clearly were not changed and had crumbs inside the sheets. Nasty awkward blue sofa chair that was ripped and stained, and seems more like it was a sex chair than anything. NEVER will stay here again, and would ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else. This room should not even be made available to the public.

我们住过的最差的Baymount, 简直是扎招牌的酒店:房间的床头灯没有灯泡,没有垃圾篓,冲水马桶冲不掉,空调是坏的 还没有厚毯子 最后找工作人员去其他房间“搜罗”了2张厚毯子 半夜还是被冻醒了;
还有最重要的一点,房间的味道很难闻,刚进门有很重的香水味,等到晚上香水味散掉了 原本的难闻的味道就出来了,那味道啊 让人难以入睡!!!!

位置很好,进出都很脏,非常吓人,而且很危险,5分钟后就离开了,开车回家一整晚,你应该把这家汽车旅馆从你的应用程序中删掉。
拉伯克市需要看看这个位置,我没时间拍照,就跑回家了,零星。
