Bathroom had mold all over shower/Bathroom door, door frame. Had no where to move us, was reassured by the day staff that it would be cleaned and it wasn't done, smoke alarm started going off in the middle of night and had no way to help us change battery or take down.

Shower does not drain properly, grab bar in shower is so loose that it is more of a hazard. Hallway floor outside door was dirty as well as inside the door. Carpet outdated.

This hotel is very old and rundown and very dirty. I did not take my socks off the whole time. I was there because the floor was so dirty.

There roaches coming out of the ac and moved us to another room and the same thing happened

Property was ok, close to airport. Breakfast was very weak. Seen a lot more choices at other properties.

The room I was in had extensive mold in the bathroom and leaking from fan. I sent an email and made 2 calls and there has been no response. Taking it to a higher level now.
