Our stay at Zermatt Spa & Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been over the top and beyond. Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable!
They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full.
A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. I’m probably missing a few names, but please know how grateful we are. Amari sends hugs and tons of kisses to all of you!
The room itself was lovely — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything! From the perfect makeup mirror to the tub with a built-in seat, it felt luxurious, comfortable, and so well-planned.
There are so many more things I can rave about — like the GM decorating cookies and the receptionist with my daughter, staff taking our pictures, and even watching my daughter for a quick moment while I ran to grab something I left on the mini golf cou

枕头太小太扁了，尤其是对于一张特大号床来说。而且我觉得床单很粗糙，床垫也不太舒服。说实话，我住过比这好得多或者差不多的汽车旅馆，价格也便宜得多。我们是为了庆祝结婚纪念日才住的，本来希望可以退款，但体验实在太差了！
我们只能摸黑洗澡，因为淋浴间和按摩浴缸上方的灯都坏了。我们跟前台说了，但他们什么也没修。按摩浴缸的水冰凉刺骨，我们根本没法用。我们再次跟前台说了，他们还是没解决。付了钱却用不了，还要继续收费，而且没有任何形式的退款或部分退款，这真的非常令人恼火。连句道歉都没有。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了！
房间还算干净舒适。但是冲水的时候水流特别大，像喷水柱一样。我们最期待的是水疗和泳池设施。男女共用的蒸汽房一点都不暖和，而且闻起来像发霉的旧淋浴房。桑拿房是男女分开的，这让我们非常失望，因为我们是一对男女情侣，是为了庆祝结婚纪念日才来的。我们决定试试泳池和热水浴缸。热水浴缸水温不够，喷水装置也坏了，泳池更是脏得令人作呕。
他们的客户服务简直糟糕透顶，根本没有客服。我多次尝试打电话咨询账单问题，结果都被挂断了。我尝试联系温德姆酒店集团，他们给了我一个邮箱地址，但邮件被退回了。他们非法从我的信用卡里扣款，而且不接我的电话。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
这家酒店鼎盛时期或许很棒，但多年来疏于维护，如今已破败不堪。有些地方臭气熏天，令人作呕，显然是长期无人问津。公共区域和客房的地毯都已磨损破旧。我们要求酒店多提供几个枕头，却被告知没有（！）。泳池区域脏乱不堪，维护极差。即使在一年中最繁忙的周末之一，酒店员工数量也明显不足。面包房早上7点就售罄，可见库存管理存在严重问题。我们绝不会再入住这家酒店。

游泳池关闭了，而这正是我们选择入住的主要原因。前台服务极其缓慢。大堂里排满了等待办理入住的人。我们取消预订的主要原因就是游泳池关闭。酒店管理层甚至没有提供任何升级房型或免费服务来弥补游泳池关闭带来的不便。
游泳池暂停开放。这段时间大部分活动都无法进行。我们事先并未被告知。这里远不如宣传的那样好，尤其对老年人来说。
