Great price! Great hotel! Great location!
Check in prices was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Sits right off I-10. Very good continental breakfast. Rooms had a refrigerator and microwave and access to laundry machines also. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends

Clean, but lacking.
This was one of the oddest hotels I've stayed in. You are greeted not by a person, but a kiosk with a screen that has a live person's head in the screen. He checks you in, and you get the room key cards through a slot. But, this screen is ON ALL THE TIME. So, just going into the lobby for breakfast, he's there. Creepy. The room was sparse, but clean. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was torn (a recliner had a torn headrest, and the desk chair was torn). We had exactly enough towels for two, but if you wanted an extra towel or blanket, there was no phone in the room to call for help. The breakfast was all pastry and carbs, no eggs or sausage, and the coffee was brown water, so we ended up getting breakfast elsewhere. If you want a passable place to stay, go for it. It was clean and neat. But for us, we will not be returning.

The hotel sucks because of the Virtual Check ins. After a certain time of night dialing “0” will not get you a front desk agent to speak with. The housekeepers were friendly but the whole virtual, meaning, you walk in and have to speak to guest services through a computer kiosk where you also receive keys.
To be honest, that type of service completely conflicts with the term “hospitality”. Also, they had to switch my room because of a smell that they knew about before hand but did not inform me about. The lesson learned is to never stay at or trust a hotel chain that does not a staff on hand 24 hours a day.

Spot was ok. Little suspect but close to interstate and venue we were visiting. We ended up not staying as really didn’t comfortable with area. The price we paid definitely was not worth it. Didn’t talk to receptionist face to face as it was done through a kiosk type set up but they were pleasant.
