Typical breakfast but 2 food dispensers were inoperative and no attendant in sight. Lack of amenities (adequate seating, no coffee machine, no paper or plastic glasses). Inadequate staff to solve issues.

This hotel exceeds expectations. It is quiet and comfortable with a friendly staff that is helpful and easy to find if needed. Conveniently located next to shopping, dining, and the freeway and main city street makes this hotel a convenient place to stay. Look forward to staying again.

Reservation was fouled up. We reserved a mobility room well in advance and was told that it was not available when we arrived. The clerk kinda made us feel like it was an "oh well" situation. We canceled and went across the street to the Marriott Bonvey. They took very good care of us

The first room we were put in smelled awful. It smelled damp and moldy. So we switched to a second room which was better but the entire hotel seemed to be dirty and just did not smell clean. Breakfast was extremely subpar too.

The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Well-kept facility and very clean.

There was hair in restroom and shower glass door. Ac made a loud fan noise on and off but it was late so I didn’t call the front desk.
