The shower/ tub hot water was just warm durring my two day stay. But the indoor zucuzzi was the best I have ever experienced in my travels. The tv channel changer only operated in the down position making it fustrting when trying to change channels.

The room key system was awful. We got locked out in the cold multiple times because the slightest contact with a smart phone would mess up the cards. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and never experienced card readers this finicky.

We chose this hotel because it was along our route, it had a hot tub, and it had breakfast in the morning. We were not disappointed with any of those.

The room temperature was wonderful. They’re just needed to be some exterior lights on the building. I stayed in repaired at the entrances to the building.

Check in was very slow. Staff could be heard in back talking. Had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the desk.

Check-In went smooth. Place is nice & clean. Safe location. Welcoming appearance. AC works great & rooms are spacious.
这个酒店有点老旧了，环境一般，中转去大盆地国家公园比较方便，早餐也还可以，可丽饼什么的都有，服务也不错
我们一直对拉昆塔酒店很满意，但这次更甚。自上次入住（疫情前）以来，酒店的升级改造令我们惊喜不已。房间很棒——非常干净舒适，有很多可供休息、加热食物的选择。能拥有我们所需的一切真是太好了！谢谢！
尽管周末非常繁忙，我们入住期间却没遇到任何问题，住得很愉快。
