Front desk staff was so friendly and inviting. Room was clean but low flow toilet was a little bit of a nuisance. Room didn't have curtains, only a blind, which made me feel a little uneasy. TV needs updating. Price and location were good so overall not bad.

Front desk staff was definitely courteous & very helpful. It seems it's an older hotel but price was affordable, rooms were clean for the most part & beds were comfortable. That 's saying a lot from a person with back issues. I didn't wake with a sore back. One of the headboards had hand prints on it so we had to wipe it down. I always carry medical wipes for all hotel stays. LOL!!

The room was horrible, very dirty and smelled. They did not have any other 2 twin bed. We left. How can I get my money back?

Before booking this property, be aware that there is no elevator in the building. This should be an ADA violation. The only other issue observed during our stay is that the only working outlets in our room were the ones in the walls. If you need to charge any type of device, you must plug the adapter into a wall outlet which is hidden behind the furniture. None of the outlets in the lamps worked.

Staff and room were delightful. At breakfast, they were stale bagels and only chocolate chip muffins. The biscuits were stale and the only meat there was is in the gravy.
We were kind of expecting a better breakfast than that but everything else was perfect

Great half-way stop for drive from CO to Houston
Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, room temp control worked well, breakfast was ample with a variety of choices, location is great...close enough to walk to restaurants if one is up for a walk. Easy access off the Loop. Ample parking and felt safe.
