Air conditioner working awesome and never visited the pool area. Our stay was just an overnight stay. The room was clean and easily to get to. We'll diffently be back for a quick stay over when back in Victoria again.

The check in was fast and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean and fresh. I do plan to return to this motel. The staff was very pleasant. I didn’t need to call them for anything as everything worked as expected. And, the A/C in the room was already on and nice and cold. Thank you!! Great place to stay!!

I was very disappointed in our 4 night stay at this particular hotel. Never was our room cleaned or picked up. If we needed anything we would have to reach out to get clean towels,soap,coffee ,tp..ANYTHING. Not once did housekeeping stop in to replace or replenish. A security deposit is mandatory on top of the hundreds we paid to secure the room. In the case of smoking in or pet destruction to room. My deposit was kept not due to smoking or pet destruction but because my son wiped cheeto dust on the sheet.. yes he should of washed his hands but hes 8 and didn't think...shouldn't warrent keeping your full security deposit over something that has nothing to do with why the deposit is asked for to begin with and is very washable to remove cheeto dust!! Stair ways to second floor very inconvenient. Front staircase starts in a pile of rocks you have to balance not to break an ankle or neck and back stairs is completely on the other end of the floor theres no middle stairway to rooms center of floor so you either walk completely around the other end to use stairs or chance loosing your balance on rocks. Alto housekeeping never made it to our room the 5 days 4 nights we were there they were very friendly and helpful when we would seek them out. The most enjoyable experience to this particular motel stay was the housekeepers attitude and smiles.

Our stay was good but bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. To much noise, couldn't watch any TV. There were bed stains & pillows were stained as well. The property Mgr. was very nice.
