Great location, polite staff, great parking. The room could have been cleaner in some areas and definitely needed updates. We would stay there again, and would request a different room.

We spent two nights at the Gazebi Inn the end of this week. The inn is old but priced right and very handy to everything in Branson. The rooms were clean. The two double beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not fancy but was adequate. Biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles and bagels and toast with packaged fruit salad and mandarin oranges. Four types of fruit juice. This may be the best value in Branson. We loved it.

The room didn’t look anything like the photos. The room was tidy but not clean. My friend spilled water on the floor and when she wiped it up the tissue was black. There was a popped water blister on the ceiling above the tub and the paint was all dried and cracked. The bath towels were very small and worn thin. The door frame in the bathroom had a chunk of wood missing from it and patches on the wall with no paint and the continental breakfast was barley edible. I will never make a reservation there again.

The bed is sunken in on both sides of the king bed. The hot breakfast had a flavorless “gravy” to put on stale biscuits. They he’d no meat for protein.
The safety bar in the bathtub was not attached and pulled out of the wall when I tried to use it to stand up in the tub. The office manager’s response was that the people that stayed there before didn’t say anything and the breakfast was free.

The breakfast menu is very limited, no eggs. Difficulty entering & leaving the property because of hilly terrain, also getting in and out of the car because of the terrain unless you are in the 2nd. building. Proximity to many attractions is very convenient.

Got to room and key card didnt work. Got in room after having to go back to office. Turned tv on, didnt work, went to use phone to call front desk and it didnt work. Called them on cell phone and was told you have to push a button on the side of tv or under, she wasnt really sure. Mist tvs turn in with remote. I acouldnt find button so i asked someone come to help and was told" be there i a little while!" Spilled water on floor and used a hand towel to clean it and towel was dark gray when done, floor was filthy!!!

Rooms need updating. Tub/shower poor condition, dirty looking. Beds lumpy, worn out. Breakfast, no meats served. Very crowded. Sidewalk area dirty & sticky. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall, facilities need updating/renovating.
