It was pretty gross. Smelly and dead roaches. I didn't get sleep because I was scared of creepy crawlys after I saw a dead roach in the bathroom. Not worth the money even at a low price point. I skipped the free breakfast that was waffles and rotten oranges. And stale bagels and muffins.

Beds were uncomfortable. Very loud room. The windows are very thin. Breakfast not great. There was a weird smell in the room.

Old and out dated!
Hotel was as clean as to be expected for it's age. the hotel is old and out dated' We stayed there for parents night with UCF only because everything within a 50 mile radius was completely booked. The area could definitely use a couple of new modernized hotels due to the constant expansion of the UCF campus.

The property was very convenient to me because it was near to my convention. But the property was very unsafe and not clean. Smell like mold, it has cockroaches, food flies and the smell of mold was strong. I took some pictures of the conditions of the property. Please check the property before is available to rent. Thank you

The room smelled bad.The safety latch on the door was broken off. Floor was dirty. Shower had mold. Ice machine broken. Bed was comfortable and shades made the room really dark. AC was really good. Breakfast was cold cereal, bagels, muffins, and waffles. I have stayed here before but will never stay here again!

Customer service was good but the rooms were nasty I had to get transferred into 3 rooms because bugs were biting me. The bathrooms are dirty and cockroaches in the room and most of all there was a red substance on the bed.

There is nothing "Quality" about this place.
There is nothing "Quality" about this place. The pictures are clearly from another location. This was easily the worst place I have ever stayed. Shoddy construction to resemble a remodel, and a moldy bathroom. They
are clearly looking to cover up something. After looking at Google reviews I wish I would have looked harder before booking.

While this definitely wasn’t a hotel to rave about, my stay was decent. It is extremely close to shops, restaurants and UCF. It was an easy, friendly check in, quick to find my room. Everything was in order and the AC was cold - which I loved. The bathroom was not at all finished and towel racks were hung unevenly, it did give off unsafe vibes upon entry, but I lived through it and it really wasn’t bad. I would not use the pool, though it was available. Breakfast was available and there was a decent selection. There is currently construction happening next door, so that woke me up around 7am on Saturday. The stairs are narrow and a need an upgrade. Check out was just as quick and friendly!
