Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Did not use pool. AC was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Some type of night light would be helpful. Cobbler and ice cream at night are great too.

If you arehandi apor on the tirst, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get breakfast. You could have a friend bring breakfast downstairs, but you couldnt see available options without your friend going up & down stairs.

In an area of newer and larger motels this property is lacking much appeal. Fortunately we only needed it for and very short stay.

Did not like breakfast upstairs. Did not like breakfast at 7:00 so you could not even get coffee till 7:00.

We were looking for an inexpensive Branson stay and this fit that bill. It is an older hotel but family is doing a good job of keeping it clean and making some updates. Bed comfortable. If stairs are an issue for you you'll want to pick a different motel. Three stories, no elevator, breakfast accessible only by climbing stairs. Breakfast choice is each morning okay. The hot cobbler and ice cream at the end of the day was a nice treat. Not a big deal, but,We did go out and purchase our own shampoo and soap, as travel sizes in bath or not a decent quality for hard water.

The room is clean and the sheets quality is good and fresh.The breakfast is average but sufficient. They also provide evening dessert time with ice cream and cookies.
Coffee and tea are provided from 7 am - 11 pm. No restaurant or shopping within walking distance. They are about 2-3 minutes drive away. I would stay in Brookwood again.

Very nice clean room bed was very nice and slept good side chair was aged but comfortable bathroom was clean and pretty modern would probably stay there again if in the area

Good breakfast and nice dessert in the evening from 9 to 11.

Everything thing was beyond our expectation. The staff did a great job. The breakfast was great and the evening snack was great. We highly recommend staying here.
