Room was dirty, towels were dirty, door barely closed properly and didn’t have a dead bolt or a secondary lock of any kind. Beds were very uncomfortable and furniture was in bad condition.

Had you taken a moment during your two day stay at a motel local to your home, we would have been happy to correct the situation with a different room. door didnt lock properly. Floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a while. Toilet constantly ran. Shower was filthy and had hair. The shower also didnt drain properly. Overall the place was pretty gross and probably won’t come back

Location was great for accessing everything Branson. Good accommodations for a place to sleep. Questionable cleanliness in bathroom and lavatory area. Our 2 rooms were together and desk manager was friendly and helpful. 2 night stay - no access by cleaning staff to pull trash or replace used towels.

Hotel was run in the very cheapest way possible. Wafer thin bar of soap, key card reader on door worked only sporadically. Old fiberglass tub and stained grout walls in shower were very uninviting.
TV remote was broken and small TV was difficult to see from the bed. But the bed was comfortable and the price was cheaper than other hotels nearby. I do not recommend.

For the price the property was not bad, but wasn't the cleanest. Bright lights outside your window make it hard for you to sleep with no curtains. Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.

On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is under new management and they are in the process of updating and renovating. My husband and I had a clean bed to sleep in, a cool room to be in, a hot shower to wake up to, and a tv to watch. The room served its purpose. The location is great! It will be much better once the updates are made.
