For the money, this should have been so much better. Started bad when I walked in and was in the lobby alone with zero ackowledgment from the person there. Finally went to the counter of zero personality where annoyance seemed to be plentiful.
The room was fine but all the decor was old and outdated. The bed gets a 1/10. Everything about the bed was worn to unusability. The view out of the window was of 2 industrial areas, a couple of parking lots, and some water in the distance. Then you wake up are creeky and sore from the terrible mattress and go downstairs to get charged $10 for 2 cups of coffee. I paid too much for these accommodations to have to pay for mediocre coffee from a place trying to be something that it just isn’t.
Be better off next time in a chain hotel. At least when they overcharge you, free coffee and breakfast is included.

The accommodations were very nice. Staff was outstanding. Condition of room was lovely. However, the A/C was obnoxious - when turning on and off the noise was too much. Didn't sleep a wink - honestly but needed the A/C on.

Clean comfortable room with two restaurant choices, one in the hotel and another just outside called the Boathouse. The Boathouse was a great place to have dinner and drinks. The hotel also has a nice pool and hot tubs, as well as a store to get any forgotten necessities. Rooms are good size but they need some updating.

This is our second time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! We love the charm of Shoreline and really hope its character doesn’t go away with the upcoming renovations planned next year!

Always stay here when in Muskegon. Friendly & helpful staff, views of Muskegon Lake & Marina, Lake House Restaurant just steps away. Downtown Muskegon, with restaurants & bars nearby. Not much shopping available. Grand Haven has more shops & boutiques, but it’s close enough for an afternoon of shopping.

No hot tub?
well it's never fun to show up and find out that the indoor pool and hot tubs are not available. I never would have reserved the room knowing this information. The Lady at the desk did not have a great attitude either. While alternatives for pool existed, not the case with the hot tub which is what we were looking forward to using. The place overall looks aged but we were ok with it.

我们在海岸线酒店的住宿从始至终都令人失望。每晚400美元，我期待着至少能获得一次舒适可靠的体验，但实际体验却远非如此。
浴室角落里明显有霉点，墙纸也多处剥落，整个房间给人一种被忽视的感觉。走在昏暗的走廊里，陈旧的设备、陈旧的装饰，让我不禁跟妻子开玩笑说，我们住进了迪士尼的“恐怖塔”——只是没有体验最后的游乐设施。
早餐服务非常有限，就连基本的服务都感觉处理得很糟糕。客房内咖啡的调味料已经打开，放在橱柜里，让人对酒店的清洁度很不放心。
就地理位置而言，这家酒店的支持并不完善：该地区几乎没有Uber，也没有可靠的公共交通，而且没有自己的车出行非常困难。
对于如此高昂的价格，酒店并没有提供任何显著的优惠来弥补其价格的合理性。总的来说，这是一次糟糕的体验——我不会推荐任何来马斯基根的人来这里。

总的来说，这家酒店略显陈旧，但总体来说还不错。房间非常宽敞，床也很舒服。酒店内的餐厅非常棒，酒吧和独立的小吃区也提供丰富的选择。我们的房间可以俯瞰水景，早晚景色都美极了。浴室的风扇坏了。不过，每个人都非常友好，服务周到。两个按摩浴缸中，有一个因维修而关闭。室外泳池非常棒。
