Our fault as that room should not have been rented out at that time. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Our management has talked to the employee so that this does not happen again.
酒店回复: Thank You for staying with us. Rooms are cleaned for stays that are over 3 nights. We have posted in the rooms that if you want service during your stay, you need to notify front desk.

酒店回复: Sorry to hear BUT looks like you came and talked to front desk about lowering the radio volume and on your request they totally shut it down. Looks like your issue was resolved during your stay and we did not hear from you about any other inconvenience. I don't think we deserved a 2 star rating for something that was resolved right away.

Room and hotel was updated and clean. There were several people loitering in the parking lot the two nights we were there that felt strange. It appeared they we long term residents. The pool was closed and we didn't know until check in. Probably won't be back again.

I didn’t book here, but for Prescott Valley, AZ. System switched reservation to Marquette, MI. Marquette management refused to cancel before check in or reimburse me.

The staff was remarkable!! Very friendly and very helpful! Rooms were nice! Pool was fun could ha e been alittle warmer! We would definitely come back!!!

糟糕透了。房间狭小拥挤。我甚至连助行器都进不去。马桶矮，得儿子搀扶着我才能站起来。浴室脏兮兮的，水槽没有塞子。甚至连最便宜的都算不上，离马凯特大学也不近。信息有限，选择太差了。再也不来了。别犯同样的错误。继续找。
地理位置便利，去商店和餐厅都很近，开车很快就能到。房间里的空调效果很好。泳池房很温暖，但很宽敞，适合游泳。抵达时，没有电视线，所以没有有线电视或电视可看。房间周围有很多洞，地板上满是沙子。洗手池下面漏水，也没有吹风机和熨斗可用。走廊上的灯照得整个房间都透光，让人难以入睡，遮光窗帘或许能解决这个问题。住宿体验不算糟糕，但也不算特别好。
地方很干净，员工也很友好，但我可能不会再住这里了。房间里有两盏大泛光灯照进来，而且没有遮光窗帘。灯光照得我感觉像早上6点一样，根本睡不着。
一切都很完美，除了一件事：我住了两晚，有一天房间根本没人打扫。这还是我第一次在酒店遇到这种事！我完全不明白。
