Our fault as that room should not have been rented out at that time. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Our management has talked to the employee so that this does not happen again.
酒店回复: Thank You for staying with us. Rooms are cleaned for stays that are over 3 nights. We have posted in the rooms that if you want service during your stay, you need to notify front desk.

酒店回复: Sorry to hear BUT looks like you came and talked to front desk about lowering the radio volume and on your request they totally shut it down. Looks like your issue was resolved during your stay and we did not hear from you about any other inconvenience. I don't think we deserved a 2 star rating for something that was resolved right away.

Little noisy if you’re on the bottom floor. If I were passing through… all in all I’d stay again

The room didn’t look like the pictures online.
The faucet of the bathroom sink only ran cold water, the shower never got above luke warm. The towels smelled like old urine.
I spoke with staff and they didn’t really care. No offer for clean towels or anything.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, there are cheaper ones in the area that have cleaner rooms and better customer service.

酒店回复: Sorry to hear about your unpleasant stay. We have talked to responsible team and are taking care of the issues. We have in-house commercial laundry and there should be no reason for linens to be not clean.
床太小了。
工作人员很棒，房间也很干净！但千万别住119房间，睡不着，什么动静都听得见，它居然连着通往二楼的楼梯，听起来就像一群大象穿过墙壁！这房间应该改做别的用途！他们非常热情周到，帮我们换了个更好的房间，让我们在接下来的住宿期间都住在这里！
