I got Checked into the room, and the temperature in the room was 75 degrees with theat blazing. I switched it to cool, but the AC never came on. I called the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work. They said they would send a service tech to look at it. 30 minutes went by and no service tech, so I called the front desk again, and they said oh sorry we called the service group but no one answered. They said we can move you if you would like, so I packed up and moved rooms. When I got to the next room the same situation was present. 75 degrees in the room with no working AC. Luckily this room was on the second floor and had a slider so I could open the door and get some cool air in. At this point it was after midnight and I had to be at the jobsite for work at 6 am so I did not bother with calling the front desk again. This hotel is poorly maintained and very understaffed. Paid over $140 a night which seems like highway robbery for what condition the rooms were in.

Stayed two nights and after the first night, my key didn’t work. Staff was not helpful and I felt like it was an inconvenience for them to help it anyway the only person that was actually nice was our server in the dining room area.
