Our fitness center and guest laundry are always open (24 hours). I do appologize for our hot tub being out of service but you should have recieved a notice when booking your stay as we try to keep our guests informed.Thank you for the feedback and I do hope you will give us another try next time you are passing through.

The coffee tho the ronchy face lady coming out of the elevator who didn't speak American upset my future ex wife but well ya and I enjoyed how quiet it was or I'm going Deaf either way I slept good at least for the amount I was able to sleep during my trip but that's not your fault it's that my employees don't leave me alone long enough to sleep since I have companies in several time zones around the world so 4 hour is pretty good for my life style ow and did 8 mention the coffee I was also quite surprised that the professional cleaning technician was happy and kind to give us clean towels without robbing me or taking suvinears witch I truly do appreciate because believe it or not it adds up and gets annoying at times getting robbed by hotel employees I think the morning lady might of recognized me the one with the crazy reddish hair and the lady who checked us out was really nice in all it was a wonderful stay even tho I was sure it wasn't going to be at first

Room was ok. Bed sheets had some stain on sheet, it was clean though, shower was so tight and needs alot of updating, they could do without carpet and shower head and water pressure ****** really, really bad. I will never stay there again, it was ok and it felt safe but I couldn’t get past a bad vibe, like something is strange on this property.

No kitchen, elevators only at one of the hotel. Parking lot setup is a joke. Bathroom in the room, floor and tub were filthy.

This property needs some serious updating. There are no usable plugins. There is one usable USB port on the desk. The are no bedside lamps for reading at night, only the overhead lights. We were a party of 2 with 2 electric tooth brushes, 2 Kindles, 2 computers and 2 phones all of which need charging after a couple of days on the road.

No coffee in room, no breakfast, staff over phone not very helpful and gave me a customer service number that would not pick up after 4 attempts. Bathtub was not clean.

I had to get a room on the last minute due to an emergency and the staff was very helpful and caring. The room was very nice and clean. The area was very quiet and you could walk to a few of the fast food places if you like. By car, you are open to all kinds of shopping. Great area.

Adequate accommodations for a one-night stay with friends traveling between San Francisco Bay Area and Yellowstone National Park. Visited the property on the way to the Park and made reservation for the return stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff on both occasions (thanks to Kenneth, Ellis, and Jenny ?)
Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The property location is convenient to freeway, shopping, restaurants. We were 2 couples had 2 rooms and happy with our stay. The general previous travelers review rating was lower than what we experienced. I would rate it 8.5 out of 10.

The staff (Especially Ellia and Kenneth), they both bent over backwards to help when needed), they were very welcoming, helpful and informational, the only down fall, I went to cook some steaks on the grill and there was a sworn of bees inside the grill, the steaks where ruined and since I could not produce a receipt, I could not get reimbursed (they were 18 a piece and I had 2), other than that, it is a great place to stay and I HIGHLY recommend staying.
