Shower doors came off and would not move. They old and outdated. Could use some spray so they smoothly roll from side to side. Otherwise the property was good. I did not have the breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The location was very good for shopping and restaurants.

The room was nice, but the room cleaning was not only sporadic at best, but even when we requested to have our room done- all our towels were taken ( none were left) and that was it- no bed changed or made- no trash removal! We reminded both the front desk and the cleaners actually in the hall that we wanted our room done- nothing was done. We stayed 4 nights and had our room partially done 1 time only. We had to request clean towels every night!!!

I found the staff friendly, however the room itself appeared tired. The toilet seats are discolored and delaminating. The bathroom door didn't lock properly.

The room was not cleaned well. There were hairs on the sheets, stains on the carpet, and sticky floors. We had breakfast in the morning and it was terrible and barely edible. The bagel I chose was visibly moldy. I am pregnant and as that is dangerous and gross to any human, it was especially dangerous to me. There was also some very shady business going on outside of the hotel. I’m very disappointed by this establishment. I would not stay there again.

Clean and spacious rooms! Staff all very nice . Breakfast was average hotel breakfast; the waffles are really good! Beds are very comfortable. HVAC unit worked great- this is really important to me- I like room to be cool/cold! Close to interstate, but no traffic noise!highly recommend!

Lots of issues with this hotel. Typically we can rely on an H2 - but we reserved a 2-Queen room and got a king suite with a fold out. The family we were with was given a room - that when they went up there someone was already in it. This happened to another family too. The shower was slightly moldy. The facilities were loud. I would not stay at this H2 again.

The property was very nice and clean. The room had a large screen tv. The staff was very nice.
早餐选择有待改进，前台也应该有人值班。当我遇到问题时，很难找到工作人员，因为前台总是没人。牌子上写着要去楼上找，结果他却在外面抽烟。这家酒店管理混乱，但有些设施还不错。
言语无法解释工作人员如何允许客人进入房间。可能会发生一些事情不对劲，这里一切都缺失了。
在这次糟糕的经历中，只有办理入住时真正友好的女士才是一个亮点。
