This was our first stay at The Arrabelle and we can't say enough great things about this property! The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, spotless and centrally located on the property and the Tavern dining was delicious. The spa staff were very accommodating and attentive as were the bellmen and the shuttle drivers. We look forward to coming back!

Terrific staff. The valet during my third day was especially good at his job. Unfortunately, i came during their off-season so amenities were more limited. Regardless, it was quite a good stay with a beautiful room, beautiful surroundings, and reasonable accommodations.

Always a great place to spend a few fall days. The property is great, room upgrade was amazing and the staff were all so kind. This may be a recurring fall trip for us.

We loved our stay. Warm, homestyle feel while still so luxurious. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo and it was beautiful. We can't wait to book again.

入住的三天里，我们在临时搭建的前台看到了不同的工作人员。（预订时并没有看到任何施工的通知。）而且，他们一次也没有问过我们入住体验如何。这是我们第二次入住这家美丽的酒店，但很遗憾，这可能是最后一次了。前台的服务态度简直糟糕透顶，坦白说，我们对整个入住体验都非常失望。
我们住了两晚，房间都没有空调。第一晚我们打电话给前台，工作人员上来看了看，说空调坏了，会给我们换房间。过了一个小时，我又打了一次电话，他们说第二天早上会给我们换房。第二天早上我又打电话给前台，这次前台没有任何换房的记录。她说下午会安排换房，新房间准备好后会发短信通知我。结果我们一整天都没收到任何消息。我们又熬了一晚没有空调。因为服务太差，我们提前离开了。我们花了很多钱住这家豪华度假村，结果却非常不值。我们要求退款或某种形式的补偿。
